REIKA respects your privacy. This policy explains, in plain language, what personal data we collect through reika.co, why we collect it, who can see it, and what you can do about it.

Who we are
The website reika.co is run by CÔNG TY TNHH REIKA (REIKA Company Limited), a company registered in Vietnam under tax code 0314341392, with its office at Floor 10, 21 Nguyen Trung Ngan, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. In this policy, “REIKA”, “we” and “us” mean this company. We decide how and why your personal data is used, so we are the data controller. You can reach us at legal@reika.co.
What we collect, and why
- Messages you send us. If you email us or apply for a job, we receive your name, email address, the content of your message and anything you attach. We use it to reply, to run a project or hiring process, and to keep a record of the conversation.
- Report requests and sign-ups. If you ask for a report or subscribe through a form on this site, we collect the details you enter, usually your name, email address, company and the report you asked for. We use them to send you the report, and, where the law allows or you agree, to share relevant insights and follow up about our services. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time.
- Technical data. Our servers and our provider record your IP address, browser type, device, pages visited and the time of the visit. We use this to keep the site secure, fix problems and understand basic traffic. Server logs are kept for a short period, normally up to 90 days.
- Cookies and similar tools. With your consent we use analytics and advertising tools. See our Cookie Policy for the full list. Without consent we only use strictly necessary cookies.
We do not ask for sensitive personal data through this site, and we do not sell your personal data.
Our reasons for using your data
- Your consent, for non-essential cookies and, where required, marketing emails. You can withdraw it at any time.
- Our legitimate interests, such as running and securing the site, answering enquiries and improving our services, as long as they do not override your rights.
- A contract or steps before a contract, when you are a client, supplier or job applicant.
- A legal obligation, when the law requires us to keep or share information.
Who we share data with
We share data only with providers that help us run the site and our business, and only as needed:
- hosting and security: DigitalOcean (servers in Singapore) and Cloudflare;
- customer relationship, forms and email tools: HubSpot and our email delivery service;
- advertising and measurement, only if you consent: Google and Meta;
- professional advisers, and authorities when the law requires.
Some of these providers process data outside Vietnam, for example in Singapore, the European Union or the United States. We use providers that apply appropriate safeguards, and we remain responsible for your data.
How long we keep it
We keep personal data only as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected for, for example the length of a project or hiring process, plus the period the law requires. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Backups are overwritten on a regular cycle.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under Vietnam’s personal data protection rules, Singapore’s PDPA and the GDPR, you may have the right to:
- know what data we hold about you and get a copy;
- correct or update it;
- ask us to delete it or limit how we use it;
- object to certain uses, including direct marketing;
- withdraw consent you gave earlier;
- complain to your local data protection authority.
To use any of these rights, email legal@reika.co. We may need to confirm your identity, and we will reply within a reasonable time and in any case within the period required by law.
Security
We protect data with access controls, encryption in transit, regular backups and trusted providers. No system is completely secure, so please do not send us sensitive information by email unless it is necessary.
Google user data (Google API Services)
This section applies to information we receive from Google APIs (“Google user data”). It is in addition to the rest of this policy. REIKA (CÔNG TY TNHH REIKA) is the company responsible for this data.
What we access
REIKA’s internal tools connect to Google services through Google’s APIs: Google sign-in (the name and email address of the REIKA administrator who signs in), and, for REIKA’s own Google Workspace account and the Google Ads accounts REIKA owns or manages for clients, Google Ads (account, campaign, budget, billing and performance data), Gmail, Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Calendar and Google Chat (read access; Drive files and Sheets can also be created or edited by an administrator).
How we use it
Only after an authorised REIKA administrator signs in, and only to provide the feature that administrator asked for: reporting, auditing and managing REIKA’s own and its client accounts’ advertising, files and calendars. We do not use Google user data for any other purpose.
Sharing
We do not sell Google user data and do not share it with anyone else, except service providers that process it for us to deliver the feature (our hosting provider and the AI assistant the administrator is using to read the results), or where the law requires. We do not transfer it for advertising or to data brokers.
Protection
Traffic is encrypted (TLS). Access is limited to authorised REIKA administrators who sign in with a Google account. Credentials are stored on our server with restricted file permissions and are never shown to users. Every action is logged with who did it and when.
Retention and deletion
We do not keep a copy of Google user data beyond handling the administrator’s request. We keep a log of actions (tool name, administrator, time, with secrets and web-address queries removed) for up to 30 days, and an audit record of changes made. To ask us to delete data we hold, or to revoke access, email legal@reika.co; you can also remove access at any time in your Google Account permissions.
Limited Use
REIKA’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for targeted, personalised or interest-based advertising, do not sell it, do not use it for credit or lending decisions, and do not build databases from it. We do not use Google user data to develop, improve or train generalised or non-personalised AI or machine-learning models.
Children
This site is for businesses and professionals. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this policy as our services or the law change. The date above shows the latest version. We will highlight important changes on this page.
