What You’ll do: Meet new people and close deals
- Responsible for searching, identifying, approaching and closing deals with new clients.
- Responsible for nurturing relationship, upselling, cross-selling with existing clients.
- Responsible for consulting & planning project progress, schedule & budget.
- Responsible for pitching & presenting ideas to clients.
- Cooperate with others to finish paperwork, follow up payments, invoices and taxes.
- Cooperate with others to execute & control the project progress.
- Provide training to other employees.
- Other supporting & management tasks
What You’ll Need
- Language: Native Vietnamese; Ability of communicating in English, Japanese, Chinese is an extra.
- Education: B.S./B.A. in public relations, business, marketing or related field or equivalent combination of education/or experience.
- Personality: Recommended Extrovert personality but others may also be accepted.
- Highly Self-discipline & Self-learning is a must as we’re working remote.
- Can-do attitude, Be able to teamwork.
- Excellent written skills including the ability to create strategy set-ups and an agency point-of-view
- Lead and motivates across functional areas throughout all stages of a project lifecycle
- Knows how to frame an issue and offer solutions when a problem arises
- Must possess a high level of stress tolerance/flexibility, and maintain a high energy level
Monthly salary
- Negotiable, based on skills and fit.
- Intern: 5M VNĐ (~$185).
- Junior: 5–15M VNĐ (~$185–$555). Fresh graduate, under 3 years of experience.
- Mid: 15–25M VNĐ (~$555–$925). 3–5 years of experience.
- Senior: 25–35M VNĐ (~$925–$1296). Over 5 years of experience.
- Manager: Negotiable. 5+ years overall, 1+ year leading a team.

Internship program
- For undergraduates only.
- Allowance: full-time (7–8 hrs/day) 5M VNĐ (~$250); part-time (5–6 hrs/day) 4M VNĐ.
- Length: 4–6 months, by agreement. After that, you may join us as a full-time Junior.
- No experience needed. More flexible hours and locations.
- You get a mentor, and a certificate when you finish.
