What You’ll Do
Think product engineer at Meta or Netflix: you own a feature end to end, from UI to API to data to the metrics that say it worked.
- Be a developer with exceptional product sense who owns features end to end, not someone who only writes code on both sides.
- Build the frontend UI, design the backend API, and structure the data in the database.
- Watch user engagement analytics to decide whether a feature succeeds.
What You’ll Need
- Full-stack: e.g. React/Next.js, Node or Python, SQL.

Monthly salary
- Negotiable, based on skills and fit.
- Intern: 5M VNĐ (~$185).
- Junior: 5–15M VNĐ (~$185–$555). Fresh graduate, under 3 years of experience.
- Mid: 15–25M VNĐ (~$555–$925). 3–5 years of experience.
- Senior: 25–35M VNĐ (~$925–$1296). Over 5 years of experience.
- Manager: Negotiable. 5+ years overall, 1+ year leading a team.

Internship program
- For undergraduates only.
- Allowance: full-time (7–8 hrs/day) 5M VNĐ (~$250); part-time (5–6 hrs/day) 4M VNĐ.
- Length: 4–6 months, by agreement. After that, you may join us as a full-time Junior.
- No experience needed. More flexible hours and locations.
- You get a mentor, and a certificate when you finish.
