What You’ll Do
- Responsible for designing brand identity systems, print communication & online interactive (website, mobile app, social content, banner ads…)
- Collaborate with other designers and project managers to deliver on-brand, on-time creative work.
- Participate in brainstorming, concept development, and creative reviews.
- Receive and respond to design feedback professionally.
- Support team documentation and file management as needed.
- Other supporting & leadership tasks as assigned.
What You’ll Need
- Language: Native Vietnamese; Ability of communicating in English, Japanese, Chinese is an extra.
- Experience:
Fresher: 0–1 years of design experience
Junior: 1–3 years of design experience
Mid-level: 3–5 years of experience and ability to take ownership of small–medium projects - Education: B.S./B.A. in UX/UI, Graphic design, Multimedia, Fine Art or related field or equivalent combination of education/or experience.
- Design Software(s): Figma, Adobe Suits (Illustrator, Photoshop, After effects, InDesign, XD,..)
- Ability of hand-drawing, digital painting is an extra
- Highly Self-discipline & Self-learning is a must as we’re working remotely.
- Can-do attitude, Be able to teamwork.
Nice to have
- Ability to adapt to different visual styles and design voices.
- Strong visual storytelling skills with a love for using metaphor and insight to create meaningful design.
- A creative mindset that values personal authenticity and design with intention.
Monthly Salary
- Negotiable based on ability and fit.
- Intern: 5 Mil VNĐ ~$185.
- Junior: 5-15 Mil VNĐ ~ $185-$555; Fresh graduate, under 3 years exp.
- Mid: 15-25 Mil VNĐ ~$555-$925; 3-5 years exp.
- Senior: 25-35 Mil VNĐ ~$925-1296; above 5 years exp.
- Managerial: Negotiate ;+5 yrs overall, +1 yr leadership exp.

Internship Program
- Internship Program is designed for Under Graduate only.
- Allowance: Full-time (7-8hr/day) 5 Mil VNĐ ~$250; Part-time (5-6hr/day): 4 Mil VNĐ
- Duration is 4-6 months by agreement. After completion, could be recruited as Full-time Junior position.
- No experience required, more flexible working hours/ locations.
- The student will be supported a mentor and get Completion certification after the Internship period.
