Multidisciplinary Designer

What You’ll Do

  • Responsible for designing brand identity systems, print communication & online interactive (website, mobile app, social content, banner ads…)
  • Collaborate with other designers and project managers to deliver on-brand, on-time creative work.
  • Participate in brainstorming, concept development, and creative reviews.
  • Receive and respond to design feedback professionally.
  • Support team documentation and file management as needed.
  • Other supporting & leadership tasks as assigned.

What You’ll Need

  • Language: Native Vietnamese; Ability of communicating in English, Japanese, Chinese is an extra.
  • Experience:
    Fresher: 0–1 years of design experience
    Junior: 1–3 years of design experience
    Mid-level: 3–5 years of experience and ability to take ownership of small–medium projects
  • Education: B.S./B.A. in UX/UI, Graphic design, Multimedia, Fine Art or related field or equivalent combination of education/or experience.
  • Design Software(s): Figma, Adobe Suits (Illustrator, Photoshop, After effects, InDesign, XD,..)
  • Ability of hand-drawing, digital painting is an extra
  • Highly Self-discipline & Self-learning is a must as we’re working remotely.
  • Can-do attitude, Be able to teamwork.

Nice to have

  • Ability to adapt to different visual styles and design voices.
  • Strong visual storytelling skills with a love for using metaphor and insight to create meaningful design.
  • A creative mindset that values personal authenticity and design with intention.

Monthly salary

  • Negotiable, based on skills and fit.
  • Intern: 5M VNĐ (~$185).
  • Junior: 5–15M VNĐ (~$185–$555). Fresh graduate, under 3 years of experience.
  • Mid: 15–25M VNĐ (~$555–$925). 3–5 years of experience.
  • Senior: 25–35M VNĐ (~$925–$1296). Over 5 years of experience.
  • Manager: Negotiable. 5+ years overall, 1+ year leading a team.

Internship program

  • For undergraduates only.
  • Allowance: full-time (7–8 hrs/day) 5M VNĐ (~$250); part-time (5–6 hrs/day) 4M VNĐ.
  • Length: 4–6 months, by agreement. After that, you may join us as a full-time Junior.
  • No experience needed. More flexible hours and locations.
  • You get a mentor, and a certificate when you finish.
