What You’ll Do
- Join the design team from the very first stage: help decide art direction and the design system, then turn the designs into working websites and apps.
- Maintain and develop the shared design system used across projects, plus a customised design system for each project.
- Use AI and MCP heavily to work with WordPress (Bricks), Framer, Webflow and similar tools.
What You’ll Need
- Strong visual and UI sense.
- Figma; HTML/CSS/JS; design tokens.
- Experience with no-code/low-code builders.
- Comfortable with AI tools.
- Portfolio required.

Monthly salary
- Negotiable, based on skills and fit.
- Intern: 5M VNĐ (~$185).
- Junior: 5–15M VNĐ (~$185–$555). Fresh graduate, under 3 years of experience.
- Mid: 15–25M VNĐ (~$555–$925). 3–5 years of experience.
- Senior: 25–35M VNĐ (~$925–$1296). Over 5 years of experience.
- Manager: Negotiable. 5+ years overall, 1+ year leading a team.

Internship program
- For undergraduates only.
- Allowance: full-time (7–8 hrs/day) 5M VNĐ (~$250); part-time (5–6 hrs/day) 4M VNĐ.
- Length: 4–6 months, by agreement. After that, you may join us as a full-time Junior.
- No experience needed. More flexible hours and locations.
- You get a mentor, and a certificate when you finish.
